Where to Stay (Room Selection & Renovations)
- Renovation Status: The Resort Layout is relatively modern (opened 2018). Most wear and tear is found in Building VI due to high humidity exposure. Serenity Club buildings (I, IV, V) recently received soft goods refreshes (linens, balcony furniture).
- Quiet & Sleep: Choose Building III or the upper floors of Building II. These are set back from the late-night noise of the Moons Cabaret (29) and the Main Garden (20).
- Convenience: For the best “foodie” access, Building IV is the winner. It sits equidistant between the ground-floor snacks and the second-floor fine dining cluster (35, 36, 37). Building I offers the most direct “Serenity” beach access but is a long walk from the Gym (9) and Spa (10).
Top Spots & Hidden Gems
- Guest Favorites: The Signature Pool (6) is the preferred spot for atmosphere. While the Havens Pool (5) is lively, the Signature Pool offers better afternoon sun exposure.
- Secret Locations: The Sunset Terrace (38) on the second floor is often overlooked during the day; it provides the best panoramic Resort Map views for photos without the crowds. The OM Garden (17) is a “dark zone” at night, perfect for stargazing away from the building lights.
- Dining Tips: Skip the rush at Flavours and grab a specialized Mexican coffee at Mocaccino (27). Guests rave about the Teppanyaki experience at Satsu (35), but it requires early booking via the app.
Practical Layout & Distances
- Logistics and Routes: The Property Map is deceptively large. Walking from Building VI to the Serenity Club Lounge (24) takes approximately 10-12 minutes at a brisk pace.
- Accessibility: The Hotel Layout is very flat and elevator-heavy, making it excellent for those with mobility issues. However, the path to the Water Sports Center (18) can be sandy and difficult for standard wheelchairs.
- Shortcut: Use the second-floor indoor walkway connecting the main lobby to the specialty restaurants to avoid the heat/humidity of the Main Garden (20) paths.
Map FAQ
- Where are the heated pools? The main pools are not consistently heated; however, the Serenity Club private pools and the Jacuzzi (7) offer warmer temperatures during winter months.
- Where do I get clean towels? Towel stations are located prominently between Buildings III and IV near the Havens Pool and near the Signature Pool.
- Is there a shuttle for the Resort Map distances? Golf carts circulate frequently between the Motor Lobby (32) and the various building entrances, though wait times can vary during check-out peaks.
